Branding for the opening of the college's pop-up pub. Pieces pictured: logos, staff shirts, poster, naming inspiration sign, and outdoor sandwich board sign.
The inspiration for the design was a sycamore, which was believed to be planted by the college's first president that still stands. In addition to developing the branding, I named the pub as well.
I really wanted that old time pub feel. Wanted you to think of warmth and comfort. A quality leather chair or couch, a cozy fireplace, a warm jacket in fall. The older gentlemen sitting at the end of the bar, telling the best stories from his youth.
I firmly believe design can tell a story on its own.
